"We've had some ideas, we probably need a little bit of help in developing it and we'd love to partner with someone," said Tim Flood, one of the owners. "We'd hate to see it fall to the wrecker ball. Ten people bought the building at 222 Water St. several years ago to save it from being torn down. We're open to suggestions. The building is listed at just more than $1 million, with additional repairs needed. We want to see something happen." The group is looking to sell or partner with investors, he said.
