The public comment period for those requests closes on Aug. 1. Apple will not be given Tariff waiver, or relief, for Mac Pro parts that are made in China. Trump later told reporters he thought Apple would build a plant in Texas, without elaborating on exactly what he was referring to or how he knew. I don't want them to build them in China.
