State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron flatly disagreed with the Bronx pol, who argued his due process rights were violated, as he tossed the suit, our Joe Anuta reports. And now, it's the Council that may be suing King. I don't think the Council did anything wrong, Engoron said. (news.financializer.com). As reported in the news.
